Job Summary:
This Expression of Interest role involves working with a Key Client Account in our GWS business, based in Adelaide.
You will be part of the Facilities Management Team and will work closely with the Account Manager and Facilities Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Your Responsibilities:
* Receiving and directing incoming calls to appropriate personnel and voicemail.
* Maintaining the welcome area and welcome desk to ensure they are clean and presentable.
* Coordinating catering for meetings and events.
* Managing kitchen and office supplies, including ordering common use items for the site.
* Assisting with administration and facilities duties as directed by the Account Manager or Facilities Manager.
* Creating, assigning, and reviewing work orders, purchase requests, and invoices.
* Coordinating work order processes and delivery with subcontractors and vendors to ensure compliance with SLAs and resolving any issues that may arise.
Your Skills and Qualifications:
* A customer service focus with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external clients at all levels.
* Experience in customer service and/or front-of-house/client-facing roles in a professional/corporate environment.
* Exposure to facilities management.
* Excellent time management and organization skills to manage workflow and priorities and meet deadlines.
* An intermediate to advanced level in core Microsoft packages – Word, Excel, and Outlook.
