About this Position As the Branch Sales Manager, you will lead and develop a team of 9 Sales Representatives in Hobart, ensuring they have the tools, skills, and motivation to drive sales success. Reporting to the State Sales Manager, you will oversee the region's sales performance, implement strategic initiatives, and build strong relationships with key customers. This is a role for a hands-on leader who understands how to balance strategy with day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities Recruit, onboard, coach, and mentor sales reps to enhance performance and capability.Implement and execute a tactical sales plan to achieve revenue and margin targets.Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including government, federal groups, and key accounts.Utilise CRM and sales tools to analyse performance and develop strategies for growth.Work closely with operations, admin, and suppliers to support sales efforts and ensure customer satisfaction.Lead by example, fostering a results-driven and supportive sales environment.What We're Looking For To thrive in this role, you will bring:
