ABOUT THE ROLE
What will you do?
Reporting to the National Marketing and Communications Manager, some of the responsibilities for this position include:
1. Writing high-level, compelling, and professional bid/tender response submissions
2. Reviewing incoming bid/tender opportunities
3. Coordinating and leading bid meetings and developing response strategies
4. Liaising with SMEs to plan and manage response submissions
5. Communicating with external organisations to seek information or feedback on opportunities
6. Creating engaging and informative written content and multimedia for different channels
7. Assisting with project communications
About you:
The successful applicant will ideally have:
8. Previous experience in managing the end-to-end tender/bid response process – from reviewing and assessing potential opportunities, to managing the response strategy, through to writing winning tender/bid proposals
9. Excellent writing and editing skills, and a high attention to detail
10. Experience and confidence in collating data and reports and working with complex technical information
11. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build a rapport with SMEs
12. Ability to manage multiple projects at once and work autonomously
13. Experience working with Microsoft tools and work management platforms (e.g. Asana)
14. A degree in marketing, journalism, business, health science or similar, or equivalent experience.
