Our client is a prominent importer seeking an experienced Sales and Administration Officer to foster relationships with customers. As a key member of the team, you will offer sales support to representatives and administrative assistance to staff.
Key Performance Areas & Accountabilities:
* Respond promptly and professionally to incoming phone calls.
* Process and manage client orders efficiently.
* Liaise with dispatch and sales teams to guarantee customer satisfaction on product quality and timely deliveries.
* Manage and resolve customer inquiries and issues.
* Handle and forward requests for documents (e.g., PODs).
* Follow up on cash-on-delivery payments.
* Reconcile PODs with monthly statements and maintain accurate filing systems.
* Provide administrative support to sales representatives and the general manager.
* Greet visitors and offer refreshments.
* Collect and distribute mail.
* Coordinate the ordering of office supplies on a monthly basis.
