An exciting opportunity to join the Health & Wellbeing team to be part of something special. You will provide advisory, design and development of strategic initiatives to support the RFS in reducing the risk of psychological and physical harm in our workplace, through the development and implementation of evidenced-based strategic programs that improve member wellbeing and positively contribute to organisational health and safety performance.
As our ideal candidate, you will be an experienced Occupational Psychologist with the ability to support across a number of mental health strategic initiatives and programs. You will have demonstrated experience in working as part of a multi-disciplinary team, and ability to deliver best practice and strategic thinking to ensure a holistic, human centred and evidence informed approach to member wellbeing programs, with a view to strengthen our organisation’s ability to identify and mitigate psychosocial risks.
