The ORS Workplace Rehabilitation division is expanding and we are seeking our next clinician to join us! You will join a national team of 50+ consultants providing clinical services & evidence based case management for injured workers so they can get back to living their best lives. You will work across national and state based customers.
We get to work with an amazing group of clients and you will play an integral part in their personal growth and development, working together to achieve their goals. You will form a close bond with your clients and support their health outcome achievements every step of the way.
You will perform an array of assessments and interventions across various environments, including family homes, workplaces, medical centres and clinics, and/or ORS offices. You will help to bring best practice health engagements into all facets of our clients’ rehabilitation journeys.

Learning and Development

You will be able to connect with them in one on one and group training sessions, plus have the ability to email or pick up the phone at any time to ask their advice on complex cases. Graduate Programs
If you have recently graduated, or are within your first 12 months of experience, you will be eligible to participate in ORS’ six month tailored new graduate program. This includes reduced client hours, an allocated supervisor, weekly mentoring, graduate-specific training and opportunities to network with other new graduates and senior practitioners across Australia. Many of our leaders started with ORS in our Graduate Program!
A few requirements:
* Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy or Exercise Physiology
* Registration or ability to become registered with AHPRA or ESSA
* A car and licence
* A National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or able to acquire one for client facing roles (or willingness to obtain one before commencement)
