The Role

Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate and timely information
* Assist clients through every step of their lending journey, from initial inquiries to post-loan support
* Resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our lending products and services, providing expert advice tailored to individual client needs
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing and customer experience
* Record and track customer interactions in our CRM system, ensuring a seamless flow of information
Skills & Experience:
* Previous experience in a customer service, hospitality or retail role, preferably within financial services or lending but not necessary.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building rapport and trust with clients
* Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a high level of attention to detail
* Problem-solving skills and a customer-first approach to handling inquiries and complaints
* Familiarity with financial products, particularly lending, is an advantage
