As an Asset Manager you will coordinate resources for the development, implementation and management of processes, procedures, and systems to support and improve Council’s asset management practices towards a standard consistent with best practice. This includes maintaining asset management framework, with a focus on continuous improvement of business processes related to data in infrastructure databases. DUTIES. Develop and implement Council’s Asset Management Policy, strategic plans, and asset management systems. Manage and supervise Council’s facilities Provide technical advice for development applications, planning assessments, and event traffic management. Dealing with customer requests SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE. Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) or relevant qualification At least 3-4 years experience in Asset Management within Civil Infrastructure Strong written and verbal communication skills CULTURE.
