For us, it’s about finding new and better ways of doing things, ways to grow business, to give back to the environment and to enrich people’s lives every day.Our promise is to create a better and more prosperous world all round.Job DescriptionAbout this opportunity:The role is about working with Shift Team leaders and the Production leaders to ensure the day-to-day running of the production department by completing die changes based on production schedules, setting up ancillary equipment, servicing equipment and tooling.Your key responsibilities will be to:Setting, adjusting and maintaining tools and equipment to ensure continuity of the day-to-day operations and production requirements.To ensure product quality meets customer requirements.Where required machine/make parts and tools.Ensure good housekeeping standards within the plant at all times.Successful candidates must have the right to live and work in Australia.QualificationsYour qualifications, skills and experience:To be successful in this role, you will have:Strong interpersonal and communication skillsEnjoy working in a team environmentExperience in the plastic manufacturing or related industry will be well regarded
