JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Description:
This role will operate within the PPPI team, and consult with team members on their respective areas. You will be required to work closely with operations to understand how best to implement recipe automation and will also need to work with operations to understand how manual cleaning processes work, and seek feedback on updates to cleaning procedures.
You will also need to work with the quality team to ensure quality standards are met.
What are we looking for?
1. Chemical Engineering/Process Engineering/Food Technology Degree or equivalent and practical knowledge of Food Science and Chemistry
2. Process Engineering capability
3. Technical analysis
4. Technical writing
What will be your key responsibilities?
Cleaning
5. Review all cleaning stations in the factory, and create naming standard
6. Harmonise naming standards across all operational and quality management systems
7. Create new documentation standard for automatic and manual cleaning processes, and consolidate all documentation to new standard
8. Implement and validate new CIP controls
9. Develop cleaning process guidelines to allow for easy development of new cleaning processes when new processes are developed.
Automation
10. Work with operations team to understand current manual processes
11. Implement recipes in to SAP system
12. Develop new recipes to support automation, and validate their performance
Other
13. Provide regular updates on progress on activities
14. Ensure documentation is in line with site standards.
