This civil construction project, located within the Scenic Rim's Gondwana Rainforests World Heritage Area (Tarome, QLD), is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Contracts Administrator. You will work on-site Monday to Friday, ensuring the successful delivery of this high-profile slope stabilisation project. Key Responsibilities As the Senior Contracts Administrator, you will oversee the complete lifecycle of contract management, including reviewing, negotiating, and ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements. You will play a vital role in liaising with stakeholders, including project managers, engineers, site supervisors and corporate Head Office Accounts Payable & Finance teams to maintain seamless communication and coordination across the project. Your duties will include monitoring project budgets, financial performance, and cost tracking while managing and maintaining accurate project documentation and contract registers. Additionally, you will work closely with subcontractors and suppliers to foster strong relationships and ensure timely delivery of services. A key aspect of this role is identifying and mitigating risks associated with contracts and providing proactive solutions to ensure the smooth progression of the project. As part of the team, you will support the project by handling purchase orders, ensuring compliance with reporting deadlines, and upholding the company's high standards of contract execution.
