We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Contracts Administrator to join our team based in Toowoomba, Queensland. In this role, you will be responsible for managing documentation and contracts throughout the project lifecycle, for both civil and commercial projects. From tender handover to the completion of the defects, you will ensure seamless transitions and effective communication with all stakeholders. You will also oversee contract terms, variations, and liaise with subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers to manage contractual matters.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing project documentation from tender through to project completion.
* Preparing and distributing contractual agreements, including subcontractor agreements.
* Assisting in the procurement and management of subcontractors and suppliers.
* Maintaining accurate financial information and assisting with variations.
* Coordinating project meetings and preparing related documentation.
* Using project management software such as Workbench, HammerTech, and Procore.
About You:
To be considered for this role, you must:
* Have prior experience in a similar Contracts Administrator role (minimum of two years).
* Ideally have exposure to Workbench, but training will be provided if needed.
* Be proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
* Have excellent communication, organisational, and time management skills.
* Demonstrate strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.
* Possess a can-do, positive attitude, and a strong work ethic.
