About the Opportunity
The Quality, Audit, and Assurance Lead is responsible for:
* Ongoing management of NT PHN’s Quality Management System to meet the requirements for ISO 9001:2015 certification.
* Implementation and ongoing management of NT PHN’s Information Security Management System to meet the requirements for ISO 27001:2022 certification.
* Implementation of an organisation-wide audit schedule, overseeing external audits and conducting internal audits as required, and the monitoring and closure of recommendations and corrective actions from Audits conducted internally and externally across NT PHN.
The Quality, Audit, and Assurance Lead interacts with teams across the organisation to deliver key quality and information security outcomes, to close corrective actions arising from audits in a timely manner, to drive continuous improvement, and to maintain certification against relevant ISO Standards.
If you have the following skills and experience, we’d love to chat:
* Knowledge (or training) equivalent to a relevant Degree and/or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
* Minimum three years’ experience in the delivery of ISO Systems in an assurance role
* Demonstrated experience in delivering successful assurance activities, quality management systems, quality assurance and auditing, and/or information security management systems within a not for profit, government, or similarly regulated environment.
* Demonstrated skills and experience in project management, data management and knowledge of project management principles.
* Highly developed interpersonal skills with a demonstrated capacity to build commitment and to influence and motivate others credibility, integrity and enthusiasm in an environment requiring cultural sensitivity and understanding of organisational relationships.
* Proven experience in working with a wide range of stakeholders to influence positive outcomes.
* Excellent attention to detail with demonstrated experience in preparing high quality business documents.
* Proven strategic thinking skills and judgement required to identify and respond to complex matters through well considered organisational responses.
* Proven ability to effectively plan, prioritise and manage competing priorities to deliver defined outcomes.
