Your New Role: As a Quick Resolution Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team consisting of Early Intervention Claims Advisors and Quick Resolution Support Officers across two locations. This role involves overseeing a team that operates a manual switchboard dedicated to first call resolution as a new team in the department. This role will start on the 20 January 2025. Your duties will include: Foster a strong team environment while maintaining high performance Provide coaching and support the team to ensure excellent customer service Work alongside different stakeholders to implement the manual switchboard Liaise with stakeholders to adapt and evolve the team to fit the needs of the business Promote genuine customer interactions while maintaining KPI’s About You: Experience in a contact/call centre with Genesys phone system Experience as a Team Leader, coaching staff across multiple locations Ability to implement and work in a continuous change environment Understanding of claims management, in particular CTP Claims (desirable) Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to manage escalated issues effectively Highly effective interpersonal and communication skills (written &verbal) About Suncorp We believe in setting you up for success and we want to empower our workforce and elevate your career with us.
