Role Description: This is a part time office and onsite role for a Business Systems Manager to join our team and ensure the effective implementation and maintenance of our Business Management System (BMS). This position offers flexibility, with work hours and days to be negotiated to suit the right candidate while ensuring all role requirements are met. Key Responsibilities: Ensure the requirements of the Business Management System are implemented and maintained for Quality, Work Health & Safety, and Environmental Management. Assist employees in understanding and executing BMS requirements relevant to their roles. Continually review and update Business System Documentation as needed. Lead and provide support in external ISO certification audits. Collaborate with Project Teams to promote a clear understanding of how the BMS can best support project objectives. Monitor changes in legislation and communicate updates to project teams. Conduct internal audits on projects to ensure compliance and continuous improvement. Conduct site audits and safety audits. Manage worker's compensation claims and injury management. Compile WHS statistics and produce reports. To be considered for this role the applicant must: Qualifications: Cert IV in Work Health and Safety (minimum) Diploma of Work Health and Safety (desirable) Return to Work Coordinator Training (desirable) Lead Auditor Training (desirable) Currently reside in Sydney. Minimum of five years experience, including on site experience. Proven experience in a systems management or quality assurance role in construction. Strong knowledge of quality management systems, work health & safety, and environmental management practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse teams. Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills. Ability to adapt to changing regulations and project requirements. Why Join Us?
