JOB REQUISITION Business Support Lead LOCATION SYDNEY ADDITIONAL LOCATIONS JOB DESCRIPTION The Company Our client is a growing, dynamic company in the Professional Services industry experiencing rapid expansion and is seeking an Business Support Lead to join the Sydney team. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-starter to grow their career within a company that offers flexibility and the ability to upskill. The Role You will provide the business support necessary to the Administration Manager and the Sales teams to ensure the smooth, efficient functioning of all divisions and the wider branch including: Primary business support to the Administration Manager and sales teams. Overseeing and administering recruitment compliance. Assisting the Administration Manager in training office support employees on branch administration processes. Assist the Administration Manager in the planning and coordination of business events, branch functions and internal meetings. Assist in the organisation and supervision of other office activities. Provide reports and analysis to the Lead Admin via Customer Relationship management tool. Ad hoc projects About you To be successful in this role, you will be someone who has very strong administration experience and is passionate about building relationships with others. You will also be an exceptional communicator on all levels, possess excellent organisational skills and have a strong work ethic which will allow you to thrive working in this fast-paced environment.
