Job Title: Head Concierge
Key Responsibilities
* Servicing as the lead for the Concierge team, ensuring seamless daily operations and exceptional guest satisfaction.
* Supervising and supporting the Concierge team, focusing on appearance, standards, and performance, with an emphasis on training and teamwork.
* Maintaining suitable employee levels through roster preparation, authorized by relevant department heads or Assistant Managers.
* Closely coordinating guest transportation and adhering to accurate accounting procedures for transfers.
* Demonstrating proficiency in front and back office equipment and implementing preventative maintenance programs.
* Appraising team member performance using the Accor performance review system, addressing performance issues, and counseling as necessary.
Requirements
* Prior leadership experience in Front Office, Concierge, or similar roles.
* Familiarity with Opera Cloud system is preferred.
* Passion for people and hospitality.
* Natural leadership ability to nurture, develop, and bring out the best in your team.
* Ability to make confident decisions in high-volume work situations.
* Excellent grooming standards.
* Availability to work varied shifts.
