From participating in TikTok trends to creating authentic content that stops the scroll, you’ll craft moments that captivate, engage, and spark conversations.This is a hands-on role and as the face of our brand, you’ll play a key part in bringing TFK and our values to life on-screen (both behind and in front of the lens) and at our events. If you’re a naturally strategic creator who lives and breathes socials, this is your chance to leave your creative mark in a highly dynamic role.The role can be hybrid or remote, but will require you to be onsite at our events and attend in person meetings in Newcastle.Your new day-to-day:Support in executing TFK organic social media strategy with a forward-thinking mindset.Concept, film and edit engaging content that drives performance and engagement.Become a key ‘face of TFK’, creating content that connects authentically with our audience onsite and on screen.Be a part of our events to capture behind-the-scenes video content.Ideate and execute content series that build community, resonate deeply, and lead trends.Creating content for the Design Directory.Work and collaborate closely with the Brand and Digital Manager and Communications Manager, elevating overall content and engagement quality together.Report weekly on performance, pulling insights to shape future content and continually optimise engagement.Manage Instagram, TikTok, Facebook & Pinterest and emerging platforms ensuring alignment with brand goals and audience desires.On your first day we’d expect you to already have:A love for markets and supporting small, independent businesses.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications or similar highly regarded.Demonstrated experience (3 year min) in social media and content creation – ideally with a strong portfolio to match (event or festival experience highly regarded).Experience with Canva, Adobe suite, video editing software (Inshot or Capcut) and Wordpress.Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram know-how, you’re fluent in trends, transitions and beyond.Confident in front of the camera and influencing those around you to be the same.Ability to interpret and represent the TFK tone of voice in your delivery, every time.A personal connection and passion for our Mindfully Made, Thoughtfully Bought values.A data-driven mindset to track performance, pull insights and pivot based on results.A natural eye for detail and creating above-average, innovative content.Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and respond quickly to trends and reactive content needs.A willingness to adapt to business demand and requirements for content scheduling and posting.Knowledge of Asana, while not essential, would be beneficial.How to Apply:If this sounds like your dream job, we’d love to hear from you!
