The Position As a Physiotherapist at In-Balance you will be part of a team who have a shared purpose with a diverse skillset and interests. Amazing facilities: With large treatment rooms and multiple rehabilitation areas incorporating cardio, strength and conditioning equipment and a fully equipped clinical Pilates space. Caseload: You will manage a caseload including acute and persistent musculoskeletal issues, post-surgical rehabilitation as well as sports related injuries. There is also the opportunity to mix it up with vestibular and neurological rehabilitation or to refine your focus in supporting you to see more of your ideal patients. Collaborative Care Approach: Work closely with the multidisciplinary team that includes Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, Allied Health Assistants, Hand Therapist and Mental Health Professionals. What you need to bring: Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy. Full AHPRA registration Working with Vulnerable People Check Drivers licence Curiosity and a lifelong commitment to learn with a willingness to embrace feedback and shared challenges Ability to interact with people from all walks of life including collaborating with the team you work with and those who are involved in your patients care The Organisation In-Balance is a multidisciplinary team of like-minded health professionals.
