We are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in a partnering role with a leading manufacturer in the mining and construction sectors. In this pivotal role, you'll be instrumental in attracting and securing the best of the best candidates to fuel our client's continued innovation and global expansion. As the blue-collar specialist, you will drive recruitment for 4 regional sites predominantly hiring field or workshop service technicians. Additionally, you will own and support white collar hiring across these sites as it arises.You will collaborate with a dynamic team at our vibrant Fairfield office 3 days per week and enjoy the focus of working from home (WFH) for the other 2 days.

Who you are:
5. An experienced blue collar recruiter: You have a background in successfully handling high-volume recruitment needs, ideally in the mining/ industrial environment, with specific expertise in the technician space.
6. A strong communicator with exceptional stakeholder management skills: You excel at building relationships with hiring managers, understanding their needs, and communicating effectively throughout the recruitment process.
7. Proven track record in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment: You thrive under pressure, adapt quickly, and consistently meet hiring targets.
8. Resilient, efficient, process-oriented, with excellent organizational skills: You are highly organized, manage multiple tasks effectively, and remain calm in challenging situations.
