Your role: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Training Manager to join our team at DuluxGroup.
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering impactful sales training content to enhance the capability and performance of our sales teams across various business units (SBUs).
Working closely with the Sales Learning and Development Manager (SLDM), you will play a pivotal role in equipping our sales teams with the tools they need to excel in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

Your role will involve collaborating across different SBUs to co-create and deliver tailored learning programs that foster career growth, improve customer relationships, and drive performance.

Key Responsibilities: Co-design and deliver engaging and fit-for-purpose training programs based on agreed sales curriculum and learning pathways.Partner with the Sales L&D Manager to develop and implement innovative learning initiatives that address skills gaps and enhance sales capabilities.Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and continuous improvement.Offer coaching and feedback to maximize the impact and application of learning.Provide input into measuring capability uplift and time-to-competency to drive continual improvement in training effectiveness.Skills & Experience: Tertiary qualifications in Education, Business, or a related field (highly advantageous).Extensive facilitation experience (4+ years) with a solid understanding of adult learning methodologies.Proven ability to build strong partnerships and effectively influence key stakeholders and cross-functional teams.A growth mindset with a passion for learning and innovative approaches to training and development.High-level coaching and development skills, with a focus on performance improvement.How to apply: We are looking to speak with you asap, please apply online!
