About you
You will have extensive client service experience, possess innovative and creative thinking skills, have the ability to learn new concepts and technology quickly, have outstanding time management skills, and be proactive in the management of the work that comes your way.
You will be someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, who has the ability to reprioritise quickly and to identify when work needs to be reassigned.
The role
No day will be the same; however, you can expect to:
1. Play an important role during the initial enquiry process with our clients.
2. Be the first point of contact to take calls, greet clients and visitors, and direct client enquiries to the correct team member.
3. Maintain and prepare meeting rooms for appointments, both in person and virtually.
4. Support our team with diary management, voicemail messages, and setting appointments.
5. Process payment of invoices over the telephone.
6. Support our Administration Manager with our Safe Custody process.
7. Certify and provide copies of documents to our clients.
8. Continuously look for ways our processes can be improved and work alongside our teams to deliver this.
