Join Boral's People & Culture Partnering team as a permanent People & Culture Business Partner. Reporting to the Head of Business Partnering, you will partner with frontline leaders to help achieve business objectives and develop their teams. Based in North Ryde, you will collaborate with a team of approximately 70 dedicated People & Culture professionals from Centres of Excellence including Remuneration & Reward, Talent and Capability, Industrial Relations, Talent Acquisition, People Operations, Payroll and Workers Compensation and Wellbeing.
Your day will involve:
* Leadership Support: Guide, coach and support frontline leaders in operational businesses.
* Strategic Implementation: Implement P&C plans and processes throughout the annual P&C lifecycle.
* Change Management: Drive improvement and contribute to high impact change initiatives.
* Employee Relations: Lead Enterprise Agreement negotiations, manage grievance and disciplinary investigations and provide EA and Award interpretation advice to leaders and employees.
* National Initiatives: Engage in leadership, diversity, talent and capability and standardisation projects.
What are we looking for?
* Well-Rounded Experience: A strong background in People & Culture, ideally within advisory and operational implementation focused roles.
* Large Organization Exposure: Proven track record in large organizations, particularly in industrial sectors, and experience working with EA-covered workforces.
* Enterprise Bargaining Expertise: Contemporary knowledge and experience in enterprise bargaining and managing union stakeholder interactions.
* Project Leadership: Demonstrated success in leading and implementing People & Culture projects.
* Autonomous & Collaborative: An independent, accountable work ethic combined with a growth mindset and a collaborative approach.
* Relevant Qualifications: Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Humanities, Business/Commerce, Law, or Psychology.
