Responsibilities:
* Defining, designing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions that align with business requirements,
* Collaborating closely with clients to develop ServiceNow-based solutions tailored to their specific needs,
* Configuring and optimizing the ServiceNow platform through scripting and application capabilities,
* Offering technical expertise to identify, assess, and develop effective solutions and procedures that meet user requirements,
* Providing support and troubleshooting for the ServiceNow platform, ensuring a focus on user satisfaction, accuracy, and efficiency,
* Developing and maintaining system design and user documentation for all ServiceNow applications,
* Conducting user training sessions and creating comprehensive user guides,
* Participating in all technical aspects of ServiceNow program and solution delivery,
* Performing system and integration testing while ensuring adherence to best practices,
* Ensuring that all implementation activities comply with company policies and industry standards,
* Managing upwards effectively by providing updates to program leads and executives,
* Contributing to business development efforts, including writing proposals, engaging in presales activities, and delivering functional demonstrations and presentations.
Key Skills:
* At least 5 years of experience with the ServiceNow platform, or a minimum of 3 years with ServiceNow combined with additional experience in similar products,
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field,
* Proven expertise in implementing, configuring, developing, customizing, and integrating ServiceNow solutions,
* Strong knowledge of ServiceNow's core platform capabilities and data model,
* Solid understanding of ITIL processes,
* ServiceNow System Administration certification or other relevant ServiceNow certifications are preferred,
* Excellent interpersonal skills to engage with diverse groups and build strong relationships at all levels,
* Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment,
* Exceptional communication and presentation skills to convey solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders,
* Experience with advanced ServiceNow platform capabilities beyond core modules is highly desirable,
* Familiarity with ServiceNow Protected Platform is a plus.
