You’ll be involved with the design, technical support and project delivery whilst leading and mentoring your team.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and mentor junior team membersMaintain existing and build new client relationshipsModel, design and document roads, subdivisions, drainage, hydraulics and earthworksProvide technical input to ensure designs meet project needsUndertake timely and budget-conscious project deliveryKey Skills & AttributesA Civil Engineering degree (recognised by Engineers Aust.)10-20 years of engineering experienceFamiliarity with Austroads standards & Australian regulationsExperience in geometric design and modelling, e.g. 12D Model or similarExtensive experience in design of roads, subdivisions, drainage & earthworksExcellent communication skills & ability to build relationshipsProactive approach to mentoring and team managementWhat’s on OfferThis is your opportunity to join a forward-thinking company that values your professional and personal growth.
