We are on the lookout for an individual who is passionate about all thing’s beauty and sustainability. Some responsibilities include: • Assisting the Management of an engaged and inspired team of individuals • Assisting the Management of the daily operations of the boutique • Rostering, recruitment, and training • all retail activities that contribute to brand image by coordinating with field and corporate functions with a sharp sense of entrepreneurship. This is a Full-Time, 38-hour-per-week position that requires you to work at least one weekend every fortnight. The ideal candidate will have: • A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a role within a similar retail business. • Experience in a senior beauty advisor/assistant manager role. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. • Strong team player with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. • Understanding of KPI's and the ability to analyse and report figures. • Skin care & management experience is ideal but not essential.
