With two 5-star hotel properties in Australia and new serviced apartments in Perth, this is an exciting opportunity to be part of their expansion journey.
They are looking for a Marketing Manager to lead all marketing efforts in a newly created role. You'll oversee everything from branding and social media to lead generation and digital marketing, working across both B2B and B2C channels. Collaborate with corporate clients, luxury brands like Chanel and Dior, and high-end travelers to drive the marketing strategy.
Your initial focus will be on their newly acquired Perth real estate, with the potential to grow into a national marketing manager role, including oversight of Melbourne properties and the wider marketing team responsible for retail. You'll manage the marketing budget and split your time between hands-on work (40%) and managing agencies (60%).
Ideal Candidate :
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Marketing Manager in hospitality. Experience managing a small marketing team and working with third party agencies. Experience in retail marketing with high profile brands. Proven expertise in both B2B and B2C marketing. Based in Perth or Melbourne (Perth preferred).
