Supported by our South Coast Office, these roles offer opportunities to work on regional projects, providing variety and career growth.We are now seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor - Site Manager / Foreman for our (Bomaderry - Class 2 Residential Project)The RoleThese positions will appeal to self-motivated professionals looking for variety and the chance to work with a successful mid-tier construction company.Key responsibilities include:Managing daily site works including supervision and coordination of sub-contractors, materials, plant, and equipment to ensure the project meets the specified quality and time requirements.Monitor sub-contractors continually to ensure safe worksite and compliance with HSEQ requirements.Overseeing the construction program and coordinating project resources.Provide advice, support, and assistance to the project team concerning any technical and/or complex problems that may arise during the project life.Working closely with the construction project team to ensure smooth project delivery.About YouTo become part of our team you will have:Previous Site Management experience preferably with a commercial builder.A trade background in Carpentry / Building (preferred but not essential).Experience which indicates your capacity to work autonomously, and tackle problems proactively while working effectively as part of a team.Good understanding of WHS processes.A proven track record of driving jobs from start to finish.Hands-on experience coordinating subcontractors and trade activities in a logical manner to facilitate the construction of a building.Strong planning and organisational skills and attention to detail.Proven ability to establish and maintain quality relationships, both internally and externally.Why Join Us?This is an opportunity to be welcomed into our well-respected company that truly invests in and values its people.
