The Opportunity: Reporting to Group Deployment Planning Manager, CSR are searching for a?Network Planner to join our team based in North Ryde.
This role sits within CSR's newly created Centralised Planning Division.
The role specifically supports the Networking planning for one of our very popular building materials.
About the role: * Lead the execution of inventory optimisation initiatives within the CSR network.
* Partner with distribution function, customer service staff, production planners and production teams to resolve operational issues on sites.
* Monitor stock levels and rebalance where appropriate.
* Identify inventory policy violations.
* Track STOs and ensure timely delivery to customer sites.
* Track Inventory performance against KPIs.
* Manage SAP purchase order and STO details to reflect any changes.
* Review monthly distribution requirements and proactively recommend strategies to minimise excess stock and reduce inventory shortages.
What you'll bring: * A minimum of three (3) years professional experience in supply chain planning.
* SAP Experience is essential.
* Previous experience of first principal inventory management methods required.
* Numerate and systems literate.
* Exposure to S&OP / IBP environment.
* Good planning and organising skills, combined with strong attention to detail.
* A team player, able to effectively influence and communicate cross functionally to a senior level.
