The Position:
Working as an integral part of this small team you will be responsible for supporting the Service and Maintenance team with Accounts and Administration duties.
The Duties:
Some of your actual duties will include.
* Prepare customer invoices
* Assist with Accounts Receivable
* Reviewing documents and preparing reports
* Processing staff expenses
* Receipting customer invoices
* Assist in answering Service calls and supporting customers
* End of month processes
* Other administrative duties as required
The Requirements:
To be successful for this role it is imperative that you possess strong proven experience in a similar role as well as
* Experience within a service/maintenance environment
* Strong skills within both AP/AR
* Excellent teamwork and willingness to learn and assist others
