Chief Executive Officer - Milparinka Disability Services At Milparinka, we provide flexible and individualised supports to enable people with disability to achieve their ambitions, and to live richer and more fulfilled lives. Our approach is grounded in authentic relationships with the people we support, and their families, to ensure that what we do makes sense in the context of their lives, and produces positive individualised outcomes. We value: Knowing People Well: We understand that every journey is unique. By investing time to truly know each person, we ensure our contributions are relevant and have a lasting impact. Understanding that money doesn't think, people do: We believe that thoughtful, creative thinking is key to unlocking opportunities—not simply having enough funding. That success is Personal: For us, success is defined one person at a time, through stories of opportunities created, goals achieved and people telling us that their life is more fulfilled. That people should be supported to have A Good Life, Not Just a Good Service: We aim to deliver outcomes that go beyond service delivery, helping people envision, realise, and enjoy a life that makes sense to them. That Everyone has potential: We see potential in every person, no matter the level of their disability. We believe in supporting all people to imagine better, aim higher, and expect more in their lives. The CEO Role: You will be responsible for: Strategic Leadership: Leading the development and execution of the organisation's strategy, focusing on responsiveness and sustainability. Service Delivery Excellence: Overseeing the delivery of tailored services that prioritise the individual needs and goals of each person we support. Maximizing NDIS Impact: Lead the organization to effectively navigate and innovate within the NDIS system. Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong, authentic relationships with key stakeholders, including participants, their families, staff, government funding bodies, and community partners. Advocate for the needs of the people we support, ensuring that their voices are heard and their rights protected. Financial Leadership: Ensure the financial sustainability of Milparinka through effective budget management, strategic resource allocation, and maintaining sound financial practices. Balancing the need for efficiency with a commitment to person-focused supports. Team Leadership: Foster an organisational culture that empowers staff to provide the best possible support. Develop leadership capacity within the team and promote professional growth opportunities for staff at all levels. Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure that Milparinka complies with all NDIS standards, legal requirements, and internal policies.
