• To excel in this role, you will be able to:
• commit to supporting a positive religious and cultural Catholic school environment for young women in the Marist tradition
• demonstrate the ability and qualifications to teach Visual Arts
• capacity to facilitate the ongoing development of differentiated pedagogy and assessment
• an understanding of and ability to effectively enhance student achievement and performance which is informed by evidence-based approaches and the skilled use of data
• ability to work and teach as part of a team
• demonstrate excellent classroom management skills focused on student well-being
• genuine desire to build genuine and professional relationships, and to promote shared commitment and a sense of alignment with College strategic direction
• willingness to be involved in the College's co-curricular activities.
• You will have attained:
• a tertiary qualification in Education
• eligibility according to the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA)
• Religious Education qualifications or the willingness to achieve them as per Accreditation Policy to Work, Teach, and Lead.
