In this pivotal role, you will manage and support the department's HR Systems including our Learning Management System (LMS), and Health, Safety, and Wellbeing (HSW) platform.The PCC Systems Advisor will interact with internal and external stakeholders across government and external entities and elevate knowledge and skills across the department by providing advice and training to new course administrators and supporting fellow team members.As the PCC Systems Advisor, you will provide sound technical advice on the department's PCC systems and coordinate business application maintenance and enhancement requests.The PCC Systems team manages the department's LMS, HSW incident management and reporting systems, and the coordination of access for the department to the Aurion system.Responsibilities of the PCC Systems Advisor will include:Governance and Compliance: Develop and maintain governance processes for the LMS, HSW, and other specified systems, ensuring adherence to business rules and system requirements.Documentation: Create and regularly update manuals, guides, templates, and training materials, as well as define and document processes and work instructions to ensure continuity and knowledge transfer.System Testing and Performance: Test new courses, system updates, and enhancements; coordinate system reviews for optimal performance; assess system performance with subject matter experts and recommend modifications to enhance effectiveness and user satisfaction.Reporting and Analysis: Ensure accurate reporting of system status and issues; analyse and report data to support decision-making and continuous improvement.Auditing and Compliance: Conduct audits to ensure privacy and compliance; perform regular assessments to maintain system integrity.Team Collaboration: Contribute to innovation, continuous learning, and collaboration within the team.To be suitable for this role, you would benefit from a systems or IT background and have the ability to work with a variety of stakeholders and team members through strong verbal and written communication, and problem-solving to ensure best practice processes are followed and business needs are met.Applications to remain current for 12 months.Further informationWe are committed to building inclusive cultures in the Queensland public sector that respect and promote human rights and diversity.Please ensure you download all attachments and follow the instructions on how to apply.#J-18808-Ljbffr
