Hours: 1.0 FTE ongoing Location: Sonder Port Adelaide About the Role: The Operational Lead plays a pivotal role in the overall leadership and management of the Western Wellbeing Hub, working closely alongside the Clinical Lead. Along with oversight of these services, a significant responsibility of this role will also involve ensuring effective clinical and operational governance, contract management and reporting, consortium and stakeholder liaison and management as well as integration with the portfolios and Sonder's suite of mental health, AOD and community services. Experience Requirements: Experience working in a leadership role within a mental health and or alcohol and other drug setting, ideally adult Mental Health Services. Demonstrated Experience in implementation of Recovery Orientated Services. Demonstrated leadership skillset, formal training preferred. Experience in successfully leading/coordinating a team of staff and working as a member of a multi-disciplinary team with the ability to inspire and facilitate team commitment and cooperation. Proven track record in building and maintaining effective working relationships with a range of stakeholders. Demonstrated experience working within a fast-paced environment.
