What you will do An SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud Edition Engineer will manage the SAP S/4HANA daily operations of our SAP ecosystem. Individuals must have strong knowledge of SAP systems and databases. Manage periodic maintenance activities, refreshes, patching, and upgrade experience in design and implementation (installation and technical configuration) of S/4 HANA, BW/HANA, PO, SAP Master Data Governance, BO, Solution Manager, Data Services. Conduct Homogenous and Heterogeneous system copies. Perform system conversions and migrations. Engage in performance tuning, monitoring, and the ability to identify and resolve technical issues for a customer's SAP landscape. Backup and restore using SAP Native tools and SAP certified Hyperscaler technologies. Experience in Databases such as SAP HANA, SAP ASE, MS SQL. Plan and manage SAP systems maintenance schedules. Implement different connectivity and integration patterns within SAP systems, SNC, Encryption, RFC etc. Configuration and use of Solution Manager and FRUN. HANA sizing (Greenfield, Brownfield, Blue field, Selective Data transition). Operational support as SME for 24x7 systems including on-call rotation duties. What you bring Minimum 4 years of hands-on SAP Basis Experience with at least 2 years focused on the latest SAP core product S/4HANA. System landscape design and management experience in operations and project scenarios. Have worked on at least 2 SAP upgrade and migration projects. Deep understanding of SAP best practices. Understanding of disaster recovery concepts. Troubleshooting and root cause analysis of SAP systems on application, DB, and OS layers. Installation and Upgrade experience of the latest SAP systems and versions running on Windows/Linux. Expertise with Linux (RedHat, SUSE, Ubuntu). Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP. Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or equivalent. Solid understanding of Linux fundamentals. Mandatory Must hold an Australian Government Security Clearance.
