Having invested significantly from both a people and a capability perspective, this is a great time for an aspiring food QA leader to join this organisation.About the roleWorking alongside a strong FSQ leader, the Quality Coordinator will act as the de-facto 2IC for all things quality management at both a site level and more broadly across the FSQ program. This role is pitched at an aspiring Quality Manager who is looking to take that next step in their career journey, who can oversee day to day an existing QA team and support the QM at site level.Responsibilities include:Audit support across a wide variety of compliance frameworks - FSANZ/HACCP/SQF/CFMSRTraining and development across both the QA team and front line operations with regards to good FSQ practicesGap analysis and subsequent implementation of corrective actionsWhat we are looking for?Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field such as Food Science/Chemistry/Biology or similarExposure within an FMCG setting.
