At the Maryborough District Health Service (MDHS), we care deeply about the health, safety, and wellbeing of our dedicated team. That's why we're searching for a compassionate and dedicated Return to Work Coordinator to join our team.
In this critical but rare opportunity, you'll be a passionate and client-focused contributor for injured staff needing to recover and get back to meaningful work. You'll coordinate with staff across all levels of our health service to ensure we're providing the support required for a safe and sustainable return to work. Are you the missing link?
Your skills will be utilized to:
* Serve as the key contact for staff with injuries or illnesses
* Liaise closely with managers, doctors, and our WorkCover agent
* Proactively develop and execute customized return to work plans
* Monitor progress and adjust support strategies as needed
* Educate and coach managers on productive return to work processes
To thrive in this position, you require advanced communication abilities and strong problem-solving skills. You'll work closely with many departments, so the ability to collaborate is essential.
