Executive Government Services is part of State Services Division and provides strategic support and advice on the management and operation of State Parliament, supports the Executive Council and Executive Government, and delivers executive support to the Premier, Ministers, their officers and agencies in relation to the management of Cabinet business and its Sub-Committees.
About the Roles
Assistant Project Officer – Level 4
We have multiple Project Officer roles across the Executive Government Services directorate that contribute to duties such as:
1. the coordination of support for Cabinet, Executive Government and Parliamentary meetings and systems
2. liaising with key stakeholders including Ministers’ offices, Government agencies and staff within the Department of the Premier and Cabinet
3. assisting the coordination and implementation, administration, review and evaluation of projects, initiatives and their related activities, including contracts; and
4. managing information, planning and carrying out research and projects relevant to Executive Government Services functions.
Project Officer – Level 5
We have multiple Project Officer roles across the Executive Government Services directorate that contribute to duties such as:
5. the coordination of key priority projects for Cabinet, Executive Government and Parliamentary meetings and systems
6. liaising with senior internal and external stakeholders including Ministers’ offices, Government agencies and staff within the Department of the Premier and Cabinet
7. coordinates, reviews and evaluates projects, initiatives and their related activities, including contracts; and
8. assists senior management in the directorate with shaping strategic direction of Executive Government Services business.
