Pacific Fertiliser is an Australian owned Agribusiness specialising in fertiliser sales, processing and blending.We are seeking highly motivated Fertiliser Sales People to join the Sales Team based in the Burleigh Office or work remotely from a regional location. If you have the passion for agriculture and logistics, our sales team aim to create a first rate experience for our customers. The positions will report to the General Manager and its primary purpose is to provide high level assistance to the sales team and customers. You will be a real team player who will work with the business to ensure outstanding customer service on a national basis. The role requires someone who has the ability to quickly develop rapport on the phone as you will be dealing with range of farming and civil customers.Key responsibilities will include: Generating new ordersProcessing customer ordersEnsure paperwork is accurate and compliantDeliver prompt and efficient sales supportAnswering customer enquiries by phone and emailAdhoc duties Ideally the successful candidate will possess the following skills and experience:Experience in Sales, Customer Service, & Order ProcessingKnowledge of the agricultural, civil or logistics industry will be highly regardedHighly organised with ability to meet deadlines.Flexibility and willingness to undertake a variety of duties.A team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.Strong proficiency in computer skills, particularly the MS Office suite of applications.Self-motivated, logical and analytical thinker with ability to plan and co-ordinate workflows and performance effectively and without supervision.
