The ideal candidate will be energetic, passionate, ambitious, and enthusiastic! This is an exciting, varied role within the property marketing and sales administration division, well-suited for someone interested in supporting property sales.
Key Responsibilities:
* Create new property marketing listings, including boards, brochures, social media, and online creatives
* Manage marketing needs for listings throughout campaigns
* Handle property sale and settlement administration
* Contribute to internal best practices and procedures
* Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business drivers, goals, and actionable outcomes
* Work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
Qualifications and Skills:
* A minimum of 1-2+ years in a sales administration role within real estate or property marketing
* Proficiency in software such as AgentBox, CampaignTrack, RealTime Agent, or similar platforms
* Exceptional communication abilities, both verbal and written
* Proactive, self-starting approach
* Strong time management and organizational skill
* Client-focused with a creative approach to problem-solving
* Capable of working within a team
