Job Description:
As Office Administrator you will be the backbone of office operations, ensuring that administrative functions are carried out efficiently and effectively, supporting both staff and management, and contributing to a productive work environment.
This role requires strong organisational, communication, and multitasking skills, as well as the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
Responsibilities and duties
1. Manage executive’s calendar, schedule meetings, and appointments.
2. Handle correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls.
3. Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
4. Organize and maintain files and records.
5. Arrange and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events.
6. Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
7. Organize travel itineraries, including flights, accommodation, and transportation.
8. Assist with the planning and execution of special projects
9. Handle expense reporting and budget tracking for the executive.
10. Process invoices and assist with financial documentation.
11. Prioritise and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
12. Adapt to changing schedules and priorities effectively.
