This pay rate is inclusive of mandatory 25% casual loading I am seeking a Senior Change Manager and a Change Manager to support my client in the financial services sector with a multiyear data governance and capability uplift program. This is a large enterprise-wide transformation that will require an experienced change practitioner who is confident leading chang and guiding executive leadership teams. The Change Managers will assist with program and organization-wide communication, supporting multiple projects and program-level activities. Ideal candidates will have strong change planning and communication skills and the ability to drive change activities within an ambiguous environment. Experience in transformational and technology change within a large and complex setting is essential. Please note, we will only consider candidates based in Sydney. Key responsibilities: Plan and execute change and communication activities, ensuring sustainable change across the organization. Define, plan, and deliver successful change with various stakeholder groups, managing deadlines and unknowns. Influence stakeholders to drive transformative and sustainable change. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve optimal outcomes. Organize and prioritize tasks, completing them in a timely manner. Support program-level activities and act as a backup across all streams and communications. Essential criteria: Minimum 7 years of experience in end-to-end change management for large programs, preferably in technology. Knowledge of change management principles and methodologies (Prosci®, ADKAR, Agile) and practical application. Proficiency in change management tools, techniques, and methodologies with flexible application. Strong communication skills for effective interaction and targeted communications.
