Learn and grow with us. The Role: Clinical Nurse Educator for the Surgical Ward at North West Regional Hospital in Burnie. Provide education leadership and support for the dedicated team of nurses who support the surgical services at North West Regional hospital. Establish the new Expanded Support Program for registered nurses in their first three years post registration Provide clinical leadership and research and quality improvement support to the team to meet the National Safety and Quality in Health care Standards. You need to be a Registered Nurse with postgraduate qualifications in a relevant field of nursing. Experience in clinical nurse education is essential with further training in clinical education highly desirable. Salary: $111,506 to $118,336 per annum. Our Employer 11.5% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
