Job description: About Goodstart Gunnedah
Join a thriving and supportive team at Goodstart Gunnedah, a 66-place centre with four dedicated rooms: nursery, toddler, junior preschool, and preschool. Our centre is nestled in the heart of the Kamilaroi People's traditional lands, surrounded by the rich landscape of agriculture and mining, while still offering the convenience of being near main roads, schools, and shops.

If you have previous experience as an Assistant Director or in a centre leadership position, or similar, then we’d love to talk to you about which of our amazing opportunities would be the best fit for you.
You’ll need:
* A Diploma or bachelor’s in early childhood education
* Hold a current Working with Children Check, or be willing to obtain one
* Experience with leading and managing change within education, health or community services
* Experience in delivering integrated early childhood services in areas of disadvantage
* Proven commercial acumen with financial and operational performance management
