In this role you'll leverage your technical expertise and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships, mentor junior staff, and contribute to our firm's success.

What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like: Your day will be varied and interesting, you'll have the opportunity to work across a range of matters.
Your day may look something like this...
Client Interaction and Management: Start your day by addressing client queries and managing multiple client commitments.
You'll be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.Financial Reporting and Analysis: Spend a portion of your day preparing and reviewing year-end financial statements, tax returns, and management reports.
You'll also assist with cash-flow budgets and tax planning, ensuring accuracy and compliance.Team Collaboration and Mentorship: Engage with your team by coaching new members, providing constructive feedback, and participating in firm initiatives.About you: We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated Accountant who brings a strong technical background in accounting and a proactive, positive attitude towards tackling challenges.
You will have excellent interpersonal skills, enabling you to effectively mentor and support team members while building strong client relationships.
A commitment to continuous learning and development is essential, as is the ability to adapt to and uphold Boyce standards, systems, and processes.
If you have some of below skills, experience or qualities we would like to hear from you:
Tertiary qualifications in Accountancy, Commerce, or Business with 3–5+ years' public practice experienceWillingness to undertake or completed CA or CPA postgraduate qualificationsPrevious experience demonstrating the ability and discipline to adopt Boyce standards, systems, and processesCompetency in utilizing relevant accounting software packages and Microsoft Office applicationsDemonstrated "can do" attitudeWillingness to mentor, coach, and train other team membersWell-developed interpersonal skills with empathy for team members and clientsCommitment to ongoing learning and developmentAbout Boyce: Founded over 50 years ago, Boyce provides a range of advisory services to businesses and investors across NSW and beyond.
