Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the implementation and ongoing management of the People Integrated Management System
* Develop, review, and maintain people policies, standards, and procedures
* Ensure compliance with legislative and regulatory changes
* Collaborate with key stakeholders to align processes with business objectives
* Drive continuous improvement through policy analysis and stakeholder engagement
About You
* Tertiary qualification in HR or a related field
* Experience in a similar role
* Strong relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* Ability to work with ambiguity and deliver within tight timeframes
