The role: We are looking for a confident and experienced HR Generalist. This role will report directly to the General Manager and will provide guidance and support to the Senior Leadership Team. Key responsibilities: End-to-end HR support across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, benefits, training, resourcing, remuneration and policy and procedure updates).Generalist HR support and guidance to the Senior Management Team as required.Contribution to key HR projects, including the implementation of a new onboarding program, and a refreshment of annual training processes. Provide support and guidance to the HR Administrator.Role essentials: Tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management.Minimum four years' experience in HR generalist roles.Knowledge of HR policies and procedures. Ability to work as part of a small HR team and also independently. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Eligibility to work in Australia.Criminal history check (or willingness to obtain).Sound knowledge of the SCHADs award is highly desirable.This role initially will be in the office 5 days a week at our West End office, until the new year, when a hybrid opportunity will be available.We are looking for our new HR Advisor to commence early November to provide an adequate time for handover from the current HR Advisor.
