We work alongside our clients in a support role or manage their entire bookkeeping, payroll and administration functions.The RoleWe are growing!....therefore we are seeking another full time experienced Bookkeeper to join our team.The key objectives include:Bookkeeping functions including Bank Reconciliations, Aged Payable and Receivable, Payroll, Superannuation, ATO Compliance, Cashflow Forecasting and ReportingProactive client communication and file managementGeneral office administration tasks such as invoicing, filing, and answering phones as requiredContributing to team meetings, process improvements and assisting less experienced team members as requiredYouYou will be a collaborative, experienced Bookkeeper who thrives on managing complex and varied responsibilities, completing tasks and being part of a team. You will have:-Certificate IV in Bookkeeping (or higher)A strong teamwork focusHigh level of competency with Microsoft Office suite (Excel of course!)Experience in a commercial bookkeeping firmComprehensive exposure to various cloud-based accounting software including Xero (essential) and a working knowledge of MYOBA strong affinity with technologyA sense of humour!!It would be handy if you had Xero Certification and BAS Agent registration but this is not mandatory.Your strong verbal and written communication skills will build trust and rapport with clients and teammates.
