Full Time General Manager
We are seeking an experienced Full Time General Manager to lead the operations of our resort in Manly Beach, Sydney. The ideal candidate will have exceptional leadership abilities and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
About You
You will have:
* Experience as a General Manager or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry.
* An eagerness to grow personally and professionally.
* Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to liaise effectively with guests, staff, and senior management.
* Sound knowledge of hotel operations, including revenue management, front office, housekeeping, conferences and events, food and beverage, and maintenance.
About the Role
This is a full-time opportunity to lead and manage the overall operations of the resort, including:
* Front office, housekeeping, conferences and events, food and beverage, maintenance, and other relevant departments.
* Achieving exceptional marketing results by motivating and empowering the team.
* Revenue management with the central revenue team.
* Driving exceptional financial results through exemplary cost control and revenue management by developing and executing commercial plans in conjunction with the hotel leadership team.
