They will also identify opportunities to improve UX/UI and implement changes to maximise conversion and engagement. This role reports to our ECommerce and EDM Specialist and works closely with our Trade Merchandise, Marketing and Customer Service teams.Key Responsibility Areas:Website Operations and OptimisationPerform ongoing maintenance and updates on the site, including navigation, search optimisation, category, and product page updates, to keep content fresh, engaging, and in line with the promotional plan and seasonal trends.Monitor website functionalities, checkout process, website speed, and downtime to ensure and enhance user experience.Support with web development to enhance online store functionality and customer journey.Take responsibility for product content management across our owned websites.Upload new and modify current products, implement promotions, and ensure product content is accurately represented.Optimise product listings, upload, and publish products, including social channels.Manage product listings, pricing, and promotions to maximize sales and profitability. Ensure accurate and up-to-date product information is displayed on the website.Build new categories and collections based on trending products and marketing campaigns.Manipulate data on spreadsheets for bulk product uploading.Coordinate with key marketing team members to ensure all products have copy and imagery assets available.General Support and CollaborationManaging our Amazon product listings and storefront.Assist with the execution of promotional activities onsite.Provide administrative support to the Digital & Ecommerce teams as required and support the successful delivery of key projects.Manage the creation of content for link building to our website across relevant platforms.Collaborate and liaise productively with Product, Customer Service and Operations teams.Skills & Experience:3-5 years of Ecommerce experience in a similar role – apparel experience is an advantage.Experience using Shopify (essential), GA4 and Klaviyo (advantageous).Basic HTML/CSS knowledge and a good understanding of SEO.Meticulous attention to detail.Strong organisational and time management skills.Self-motivated, adaptable, and a multi-tasker.Why Solbari?At Solbari, we believe in making a positive impact on people's lives through high-quality, innovative products.What we offer:Great office with free onsite parking in Port Melbourne.Short term incentive plan.Team connection and celebration lunches and events.Generous product allowance and discounts.Access to Employee Assistance Program.If this sounds like a perfect opportunity for you, please apply with your CV, and a cover letter of why you think you'd be a great fit for this role.
